We are going to be "YOGGING" from @cltreclub to around the Capital Park every Tuesdays & Thursdays ☀️🌳🌷👟💨

What is "YOGGING" ???

It's a blend of jogging and walking 😄🤙

Is not about racing, it's about going at your own pace 🏃🏻‍♀️🚶🏿‍♂️

Meet us at CLTRE CLUB'S patio at 6pm or earlier to stretch, we will take our free shot of PILA KAVA, and start the route 🥳

Anyone who RSVP gets a FREE bottle of PILA KAVA after the yog for some "RE-KAVA-RY"  🙌🌺
